Checkout was tedious due to only one functioning elevator, but the room had everything I needed. The front desk staff was less than welcoming, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired with crumbs on the floor and an unclean bathroom. The noises from drunk guests in the hallway throughout the night were disturbing and made for a poor sleeping environment. The property's location, however, is excellent with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

So, this was my second visit, and not the best! Got stuck on the second floor and found a cockroach on me. I had to move to the third floor. The room on that floor was clean, thankfully! Plus, they offer coffee and snacks in the lobby. And a tip, check for bugs before getting comfy, just saying.

Had a fun trip with friends, exploring the Hollywood Walk of Fame and catching a game at the LA Lakers stadium. This place served as a great base for us. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including a kitchenette. Location was perfect for all our activities.
